(2) Half hour/ One hour Corporate Yoga Workshops for day long Conferences
We provide highly specialized half hour/ one hour interesting and refreshing Yoga workshops for day long conferences. We have organized this special workshops for number of conferences. This workshop does not need special yoga room or yoga Mat or changing of dress.
(3) Two Week Yoga Course for MBA Schools
Our Two week Yoga Course for MBA schools provide a special Yoga Program for the students for better memory, mental clarity, mental focus, stress free mind, and healthy body.
(4) Special Yoga classes for Students
Special Yoga classes for students, designed by Sri Yogi Anand, is highly useful for the students for their better physical, mental and behavioral health.
(5) MBSR (Mindfulness based Stress Reduction) workshop

The MBSR (Mindfulness based Stress Reduction) Workshop is the most scientific therapy for Stress Management, which is based upon the programmes of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, developed in the United States by Dr. Jon Kabat Zinn, and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, developed in the UK and Canada by Mark Williams, John Teasdale and Zindel Segal. It is based on systematic and intensive training mindfulness meditation and mindful movements and their applications in everyday life and the range of challenges arising from medical and psychological conditions or life stresses. Sri Yogi Anand’s years of studies, researches, experiments, and findings towards Mindfulness, are designed and put into his Mindfulness Program, which can enhance the quality of your consciousness, resulting in better mental clarity, contemplations, deliberations, decisions, and actions.

Do we need to sign any contract for minimum Yoga classes at our workplace ?
Answer: You do not need to sign any contract with us for minimum yoga classes.
If we need to cancel the Yoga classes at our workplace, how many days notice do we need to give you ?
Answer: We appreciate if you give us at least one week notice in advance.
How do we ensure that our people are feeling less stressed and more energetic after your yoga classes at our workplace?
Answer: We take regular feedback from participants to ensure that you get feedback, as how people are happy with our yoga classes.
When are the time options available for corporate yoga classes?
Answer: The most popular time for a corporate yoga class, are early morning, lunchtime slots and evening just after office hours. From our side it can be organized any time 24 by 7 depending upon our yoga teacher availability.
We have a batch of 20 people in our office, can the regular yoga classes be done for all of them?
Answer: Yes sure, the classes can be done for 20 people batch .
An idea of what equipment our people will need for regular yoga classes?
Answer: Participants would be needing
(a) Yoga Mat, However if your floor is carpeted you need at least thick towel to begin with. If Yoga Mat is not available we teach Chair based yoga also.
(b) Sitting block (preferable but not must).
What is the cost of your class?
Answer: We have different pricing structure based on how long you want and how many participants will attend.
What is the system of payment?
Answer: We appreciate 100% payment in advance.
Also, if we need to skip one class in between for any reason in between, would this be possible?
Answer: Yes Sure, if you want to skip one class in between for any reason it is possible, however you need to inform us at least 24 hours in advance otherwise class charges would be counted.
If I need to reduce the size of the class after time, is this possible?
Answer: Yes it is certainly possible.
What do we need to conduct a programme in workplace?
Answer: Suitable room, capable to contain the size of a batch of participants.
Each participant will need:
- loose clothing (shorts or tights & a T-shirt)
- a large towel
- ability to breathe
- Suitable for all levels
- No prior experience of yoga is necessary
- Beginners are also welcomed
