  • Prior Experience: No prior advanced mindfulness experience is mandatory. However, if you have completed previous online mindfulness training courses, you may apply for a credit transfer toward this certification.
  • Core Attributes: Candidates should possess a strong dedication to self-improvement, a willingness to follow training instructions, and an openness to constructive feedback from senior mentors.
