Ayurveda Courses

Study traditional principles with a clear scope.

Ayurveda training explores the concepts, language and practices of an Indian traditional system. The course pathway brings together theory, lifestyle perspectives, traditional texts and an introduction to the practical topics listed for each level.

Choose by experience and purpose

Choose your ayurveda pathway

These are short courses at Adwait Yoga School. They support further study and personal understanding; they should be distinguished from a university medical degree or a licence to practise medicine.

Short Ayurveda training does not qualify a graduate to practise medicine, diagnose disease, prescribe medicines or independently perform clinical procedures.
