200 hr Meditation teacher training course in India is an internationally approved meditation teacher training course. In this course, you’ll learn all essential aspects of meditation. From psychology and philosophy to energy, mind-body connection, and the inter-disconnectedness of individual mind, universal mind and Divine Mind. You will also learn philosophy, psychology, kundalini, tantra, mantras, different worldwide popular meditation systems, breathing techniques, as well as all the relevant Sanskrit words and phrases used in this exciting course. You will have access to a library, group classes and individual classes and regular group sessions with a qualified Meditation teacher.
The Meditation Teacher Training Course includes lectures on: Kundalini Sadhana, ancient Indian Yogic sciences and philosophies, meditation, yoga philosophy, and applications of Yoga. The course contains eight classes, each divided into three sessions, each lasting for four weeks. The first two weeks will introduce you to the basics of Yoga such as posture and alignment, meditation, pranayama (breath control), dharana (concentration) and dhyana (retreatment). Week three will introduce you to Kundalini Sadhana. You will study the texts of the sutras and siddhis of the yoga sutras and talismans and be given detailed instructions on chanting and pronunciation. You will have the opportunity to put into practice each session of the 200 hour meditation teacher training course.
The final two-week class is dedicated to mastering the art of Kundalini Sadhana. This is where you will meditate to a degree beyond what you would normally do and be allowed to experience a form of ‘transcendence’ beyond the normal senses. You will have the opportunity to practice the advanced techniques of Kundalini Sadhana such as the third eye, the fourth foot, telekinesis, and so on. This is also the time to choose which advanced texts and teachings you wish to follow and complete your personal Kundalini Sadhana.
