200-hour Chakra Healing Course India consists of beginners, intermediate, and advanced level techniques, training, practices, and studies. This course will give you the comprehensive knowledge and skills to identify the chakra health issues and to heal them for the best health.

The 200-hour Chakra Healing Course India focuses on the chakra system and the healing process. Students learn to align and balance the chakras and learn how to connect to Divine Guidance. Students will learn how to use a meditation tool called Chakra Meditation to clear their energy and experience heightened states of well-being. The course also covers the chakras’ role in manifesting our wishes.

Our 200-hour Chakra Healing Course India program will train you all about the seven energy centers, called Chakras, in the body. This course is designed and developed to educate and train the people for the chakra healing tools and techniques for overall well-being and access to divine guidance. The course includes theory and practical exercises that you can use to shift your energy. In addition, you will learn how to balance the health of your chakras and maintain them properly.

Adwait Yoga School’s graduates learn how to integrate their new knowledge into their daily lives. They are trained to apply the chakra model and work with other healing modalities. They can practice in various professional settings, including bodywork and psychotherapy. This training helps them become spiritual catalysts in their field.

Chakra means “wheel” in Sanskrit, and each one affects our health and well-being. When a chakra is out of balance, we feel ill. Our 200-hour Chakra Healing Course India program will teach you how to balance the chakras physically and mentally. You will learn to use various tools and techniques like postures, breathing techniques, bandhas, mudras, meditation, mantras, the power of intention, the law of attraction, Ayurveda, sound healing, crystals, colors, and aromatherapy to improve your chakra health. You will also learn how to connect to your Divine Guidance.

Our 200-hour Chakra Healing Course is designed to provide practical training and open up your energy centers. The training is available in small groups of six or more students. Each training class is 2 hours long and focuses on chakras cleansing, activation, and balancing. The first week of the training program’s initial days focuses on releasing the blockages and cleansing the chakras. The second week focuses on the activation and balancing of the chakras. The third week focuses on healing the chakras. The fourth and last week focuses on how to offer your students the best and most effective chakra healing sessions. Finally, this course is completed with the certificate ceremony.
