The 50 hour Pranayama Teacher Training Course combines the fundamentals of pranayama with hatha yoga practice. Students refine and deepen their practice during this course and learn to structure and lead professional classes. You can complete our 50-hour Pranayama Teacher Training program in 1 week to 2 weeks.

The course is 50 hours long, split into five contact hours daily for five days and 25 non-contact hours. Course Description

The 50-hour Pranayama Teacher Training Course curriculum comprises various exercises aimed at developing and mastering the art of pranayama. This ancient system of breathing exercises can help you achieve balance in your mind and body. In addition to increasing your self-control, pranayama enables you to achieve emotional and spiritual well-being. This course is an excellent first step toward becoming an experienced yoga teacher.

The training program is structured to include fundamental principles of yoga, including asanas, pranayama, kriya, and meditation. It also has an introduction to yogic philosophy and the eight limbs of yoga. The course also teaches you how to sequence and lead a one-hour class.

The course is open to people with a genuine interest in learning yoga. This course is gentle and easy to learn. Enrolling in the training is no need for any prior yoga experience. The program includes chanting, pranayama, meditation, and other rituals.

Yogi Anand is an ordained and certified Yoga Master, and is an E-RYT 500, YACEP, practicing hatha yoga for 35 years. In his mid-twenties, he began practicing meditation daily, which helped him deal with the pressures of a busy career. Then in his early forties, he was introduced to the physical practice of hatha yoga, which immensely helped him improve his meditation practice.
