200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Course

And it starts with a 200 hour Yoga teacher training course. 200-hour YTT course, offered by Adwait Yoga School, is certified by Yoga Alliance USA or/and World Yoga Alliance. In order for you to learn all you need to know about Yoga and how to become a Yoga teacher, this is where you can learn the basics of Yoga by taking a one-time Yoga teacher training course.
