The class will begin with a brief introduction to what you can expect. You will also receive information on the history of chakra Healing. After the course, you will be prepared to give healing sessions to others.
Students will learn to use the Singing Bowls corresponding to specific chakra. They will also be trained in how to send healing energy over distance.
The 300-hour Chakra Healing Course also covers the seven auric layers and how to use scanning techniques. You will also participate in a monthly practice circle as part of the class. During this circle, you will be encouraged to work through obstacles.
